Jiaozi (Dumpling), Frozen (1 kg) (Pickup only)

1 kg of frozen pork and chive dumplings, northern China-style.
Cooking instruction:
1. Start with one pot to boil water, one kg of JiaoZi will need about 2 liter of water.
2. Soak the frozen dumplings in another container with cold water.
3. When the water is boiling, take JiaoZi out of container and put in the pot, move the JiaoZi with strainer, and cover the lid.
4. When the water boiling again, put in about 220ml cold water in the pot and cover the lid, repeat once.
5. When the water boiling again, put in the cold water again, and leave the lid open.
6. Move the JiaoZi with the strainer, make sure it is not stick on the pot until all the JiaoZi is floating.
